Graco's new series of FDA-compliant HuskyT diaphragm pumps provide variable flow rates for pumping a wide range of food products, including fruit juice concentrates, syrups, sauces and pastes. The series feature 1-1/2 (38.1 mm), 2 (50.8 mm)and 2-1/2 (63.5 mm) inch models with maximum flow rates of 40,100 and 150 gpm, respectively.

The self-priming pumps all use the same center section to reduce inventory and feature 316 SST wetted construction at a Ra of 125 for cleaning ease. Other features include lube-free operation, essential when handling food products, and a superior air valve with a 15-year warranty. The pumps are available with Santoprene®, Buna-N, Viton® and Teflon diaphragms.

Graco's Informer is an in-lne fluid monitor that accurately measures flow rate, batch totals and cumulative totals of material that has passed through a fluid line. This tool provides an easy way to measure paint usage for EPA reporting, monitoring waste and surveying flow rate. The Informer also features alarms that signal when flow rate thresholds and batch targets are reached. The monitor features an electronic readout display and Graco's G3000 meter, although other meters can be used.
